The artists in this roster have been chosen through a juried review process based on both their artistic skills and their ability to teach students. From traditional to fine arts, the roster includes a wide range of artistic disciplines for residency possibilities. Use the menu above to navigate through literary arts, performing arts, and visual arts residency discipline categories. The Minnesota State Arts Board provides financial support to artists, organizations, and schools throughout the state to ensure that all Minnesotans have the opportunity to participate in the arts. The board currently offers grants through eight programs. Funding for these programs is provided by the Minnesota State Legislature, the National Endowment for the Arts, and several private donors.
