Take 94 to Minneapolis and take the exit marked "Exit 4th Street and 7th Street." Stay on the 4th Street route (7th Street veers off to the right). Turn right onto 1st Avenue and go two blocks and then turn left onto 6th Street and go one block to Hennepin. Turn left onto Hennepin, getting into the right lane right away,and go about a half block. The parking ramp in the Plymouth Building has valet parking. If the parking ramp is full, you will see surface lots nearby. Take I-35W south to Washington Avenue exit. At the top of the exit ramp, turn right and go to First Avenue (one block past Hennepin). Turn left onto First Avenue and go to 6th Street. Turn left onto 6th Street, go one block to Hennepin, left onto Hennepin, getting into the right lane right away, and go about a half block to the entry to the parking ramp in the Plymouth Building.
